In Front Autos Racing - BritCar |  | Britcar racing brings all the excitment of regular endurance races to circuits around Britain. The racing is divided into three classes to cater for cars from sports and touring cars with strictly governed modifications through to supercar exotica like the mighty Moslers, TVR's, Sagaris and Porsche Turbos.
Race durations are between 50 minutes and 24 hours so there is plenty of time for spectators to take in all the action.
For the 2010 season we will be campaigning a Honda S2000 that is currently being prepared in our workshops. You can keep up to date with progress by going to the car tab on this page where we intend to publish regular updates and the odd photograph or two. In Front Autos Racing - The Car | | The Honda S2000 was launched in 1999 and has always been a remarkable road car. In celebration of Honda's 50th anniversary, it produced a true sports roadster. Sadly, the sales didn't mirror the technologically advanced nature of the car, with the Audi TT and the Mercedes SLK eclipsing it in terms of sales to the fashion-conscious sports car market. |  | | Outsold it may have been but those who bought the S2000 were rewarded with a far more exhilerating experience. The 2.0 litre VTEC variable valve timing engine produced just a tad short of 240BHP and revved sweetly all the way round to 9,000 to make it a real pleasure to drive. The handling is neutral with quick steering and great brakes as standard, and this competent chassis is the perfect partner for that lovely engine to provide the basis of our race car for the coming season. In Front Autos Racing - Calendar | The 2010 Britcar 24 Hour race takes place at Silverstone from Friday 1st October to Sunday 3rd October, our entry has not been confirmed until testing is complete, however, we should be ready to go in a few weeks.
